PURPOSE: A method for preparing honey-water is provided to improve the inconvenience of diluting honey with water and to keep original fragrance of natural honey in honey-water. CONSTITUTION: The honey-water is prepared by mixing 10g of natural honey and 5g of oligosaccharide with 75mL of water, heating the mixture for 20mins, and putting it in an airtight container. 0.5mL of natural fragrance is added to the honey-water. The natural fragrance is obtained by putting 48g of acacia and 2g of pollen in 200mL of ethylalcohol(30%), aging it for 10days, heating, and collecting.
