PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of information to be stored on an information terminal device side, administrate provided information centrally with less load, and acquire only unexpired information on the information terminal device side. SOLUTION: This information administration device, when it receives a request for issue of a code of manufacturer from an information providing device, acquires address information on the information providing device when the issue is request from the information providing device (S25), issues code of manufacturer which is not yet registered in an administration table (S26), registers the code of manufacturer and the acquired address information together in the administration table (S27), and transmits the issued code of manufacturer to the information providing device which requested the issue (S28).
