METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DIES NIB

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dies nib is provided to decrease a damage ratio of dies to 10% of an existing dies by removing remaining porosity inside a sintered alloy and improving transverse-rupture strength of the alloy through uniformed density distribution of sintered particles. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the dies nib comprises the step of heat isostatic pressing (S3) a sintered alloy of produced tungsten carbide powder in manufacturing a dies nib for production by a method in which powder is compression molded (S1) and sintered (S2). The heat isostatic pressing is carried out by heating the sintered alloy of the produced tungsten carbide powder at a temperature of 1200 to 1400 deg.C under a constant argon gas pressure of 1000 to 1500 kg/cm2 for 1 to 3 hours.
