PURPOSE: A fixture for a ceiling panel is provided to simplify the connection of ceiling panels and a ceiling and to facilitate the assembly of the panels. CONSTITUTION: A fixture(10) connects a connection bar(24), united with a ceiling(21) by an anchor bolt(22), with a ceiling panel(25). The fixture comprises a body, a holding part and an inserting part(13). The lower end of the anchor bolt is connected to the connection bar by a channel-shaped angle(23). The anchor bolt is inserted in the ceiling. The height of the connecting bar from the ceiling is adjusted by using the angle. Both ends of the connection bar are bent-up inward. The connection bar is united with the fixture. The bent-up part of the connection bar is inserted in the holding part. The ceiling panel has an inserting groove(25a) at the one end and an inserting part(25b) at the other end. The inserting part of the fixture is inserted in the joint area of the ceiling panel, so that the connection bar and the ceiling panel are connected.
