PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillation transformer for securing stable basic characteristics with a small capacity ratio, reducing expansion/contraction deformation in a sintering step and taking out the terminal of an inner electrode which is simple. SOLUTION: A laminated type square plate-shaped piezoelectric oscillator 1 has an input part 12 bisected in the thickness direction. The input part 12 has a two-layer structure, in which one side of an input inner electrode 15a as one pole square plate-shaped inner electrode 2a and an outer boundary bent part of an input inner electrode 15b as the other pole disk-shaped inner electrode 2b are exposed alternately on the opposed side faces, polarized in the thickness direction and connected to input outer electrodes 17a and 17b. An output part 13 has a seven-layer structure, in which one side of an output inner electrode 16a as one pole electrode 2a and an outer boundary bent part of an output inner electrode 16b as the other pole electrode 2b are exposed to alternately every other layer on the other opposite side faces, polarized every other layer with opposite polarization alternately in the thickness direction, and connected to output outer electrode 18a and 18b.
