PURPOSE: A method and a device for producing a vibroisolating soundproof plate are provided to save costs and to promote productivity by producing a rubber product in a roll type. CONSTITUTION: A weir(7) in proportion to the thickness of a product is installed on both shoulders of a steel belt(6). A material is automatically and equally filled up in the weir. Herein, one side of a waterproof roll type paper is engaged between an upper part and a lower part of the product and absorbed. The paper is precisely attached to both faces of the product in a maturing process by a binder mixed in the material. Thus, separation and a waterproof effect are promoted. In a heating method, heat medium oil(7) is heated at 150 to 180deg.C by a small gas boiler(10) and forcibly circulated to a pipe installed in upper and lower plates(3,4) of a press. When the lower plate is fixed and the upper plate is actuated up and down, the short movement of the belt is repeated. Then, the material in the steel belt becomes a product and comes out through an end of the press.
