PURPOSE: A water vein wave intercepting structure is provided to intercept water vein waves completely, to install simply to the existing apartment, building, and factory etc. with economic expenses, to install as a portion of a building structure simply in a building structure on a construction site, and to intercept water vein waves semi-permanently once installed. CONSTITUTION: A water vein wave intercepting block(1) comprises; a magnet(10) located on the inner central part of a mortar structure; an inner iron-core bar(11) located around the magnet in partially cut circular shape to amplify the magnetic field by the magnet; an outer iron-core bar(12) located on the outer opposite side of the inner iron-core bar in partially cut circular shape to amplify the magnetic field by the magnet and the inner iron-core bar.
