PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the nonuniformity of an electric characteristic with a very high frequency due to the amount of solder and the variation of a finish shape by connecting a probe protruded into a waveguide to the micro strip line of a substrate without soldering and reducing assembly man-hours. SOLUTION: A probe 5 is formed of metal having elasticity and a base end part 7 is made into a projecting type. The part is bent in a Z shape and a part below the base end part is molded by insulating resin 6. A hole 4 is made in the end part of a micro strip line 3 on a substrate 2 and the base end part of the probe is exposed onto the substrate through the hole. The part is slid to a right side and the substrate is held by the part in the Z shape and insulating resin 6. The base end part of the probe is brought into contact with the micro strip line. Then, the substrate and the probe are fitted to the casing 1 of a waveguide.
