PURPOSE: A video production intermediation system is provided to network a plurality of production companies and experts, and process a production project via a central management system over the internet. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a member management system(3), a user system(4), a work support system(5), a central management system(2) and an assessment system(8d). The member management system(3) registers the producers(7a,7b,7g,7h) and experts(7c,7d) as members, classifies the producers(7a,7b,7g,7h) and experts(7c,7d), and stores them. The user system(4) enables video production order companies(7e,7f,7g,7h) to search for producer companies and select one among them via an order application. The work support system(5) construct a work force team over a groupware system by connecting to database servers(9b,9c,9d). The central management system(2) enables the work force team to present a draft, take an approval from the work order company, submit the completed video and modify the video.
