<p>A video communication mode detecting section detects whether the current video communication mode is the motion picture communication mode in which a motion picture is handled and the still picture communication mode in which a still picture is handled. A video communication mode display instructing section displays the video communication mode detected by the video communication mode detecting section using an LCD. As a result, the LCD displays a picture received by a receiver and 'MOTION' (motion picture communication mode) or 'STILL' (still picture communication mode) indicating the current video communication mode.</p> |
