PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeled, specific combination body for achieving simple and high-sensitivity immunochromatography method. SOLUTION: In the labeled, specific combination body, a water-dispersion-type macromolecular particle is used as a carrier, a specific combination substance for a substance to be inspected and an enzyme are immobilized on the surface of the carrier, and at the same time at least one type of compound being selected from a group consisting of an anthraquinone derivative and an azobenzene derivative is retained by the carrier. In the immunochromatography method, the labeled, specific combination body is used. Also, a kit for immunochromatography contains the labeled, specific combination body.
