<p>Methods of identifying compounds that disrupt aggregation of aggregation-disposed polypeptides, such as huntingtin or beta-amyloid protein, are disclosed. Furthermore, an artificial polypeptide that contains an extended polyglutamine region and DNA that encodes the polypeptide are also disclosed.</p> |
