PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the installation space of a seismic control structure without sacrificing the effective area. SOLUTION: A mega-structure 4 comprising a mega-column 1 and a mega- beam 5 is formed a main frame, and a peripheral edge part of a slab on each floor is supported inside thereof, and seismic control device is installed on the mega-column. The mega-column 1 comprises two continuously arranged small columns 6, and a brace damper 8 as the vibration control device is provided between the small columns. Major portions of the slab on each floor are supported in a suspended manner by a suspension column 10 from a top part of the mega-structure.
