PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reusable a main element constituting a device component and an accessory element assembled by attaching to the main element by assembling the elements each other without disposing the elements, even when a part screwed into a metallic male screw of a fixed part of the elements each other is destroyed by an once used metallic male screw and the metallic male screw can not be virtually used again, when a plastic device components with the assembled main element and the accessory element with the metallic male screw are discomposed and assembled again for recycling. SOLUTION: The main element 97 of a plastic device component 87 to be recycled and used and an accessory element 98 assembled by attaching the main element 97 are provided with through holes 106, 107, respectively. By inserting in common a plastic coupling means 108 into the through holes 106, 107, both of the elements 97, 98 are integrally fixed.
