PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the discharge of a residual liquid fertilizer in liquid fertilizer tanks arranged at the front of a mobile car body and on the left and right sides of an operating box in a rice transplanter equipped with a maneuvering device having the operating box at the front of the mobile car body and further a rice transplanting device provided at the rear of the car body. SOLUTION: This rice transplanter with a fertilizer applicator is equipped with a maneuvering device 6 having the operating box 4 at the front of the car body and further provided with the rice transplanting device 7 at the rear of the car body. Furthermore, liquid fertilizer tanks 21 and 27 are arranged on both left and right sides sandwiching the operating box 4 and a fertilizing pump 30 capable of sucking a liquid fertilizer in the tanks 27 and 27 and discharging the liquid fertilizer is installed between the left and the right tanks 27 and 27 and in a position at a lower level than that of the tanks 27 and 27.
