PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cornea turbidity inhibitor. SOLUTION: This cornea turbidity inhibitor comprises D-3-hydroxybutyric acid or it salt as an active ingredient. The inhibitor can contain at least one kind of an isotonizing agent, a buffer agent, a stabilizer, a thickener and an antiseptic. The D-3-hydroxybutyrate is selected from the group consisting of sodium salt, potassium salt, L-lysine salt, L-histidine salt and L-arginine salt.
