PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of a magnesium alloy by utilizing the mutual electric currents among plating film layers to a magnesium alloy. SOLUTION: In this method, a magnesium alloy 1 is applid with metallic nickel plating 3 potentially nobler than magnesium, and the surface is applied with metallic galvanizing 4 potentially baser than nickel, by which the mutual electric currents among the three layers of magnesium, nickel and zinc are utilized to prevent the corrosion of the magnesium alloy 1.
