PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural panel which does not genarate an adverse ecological influence by reusing a packing sheet after unpacking. SOLUTION: The packing sheet is formed by heat-sealing a cushioning layer to a paper base material sheet to attach the cushioning layer to the sheet and the packing sheet having a cushioning layer made of rubber or resin by which an architectural member is packed is used for a waterproof and moistureproof sheet, a vibrationproof sheet for absorbing the irregularities of the rear face, or a heat-insulation sheet. Narrow strip sheets formed by cutting the packing sheet are interposed between the exterior finishing material and the its substrate supprting the exterior finishing material to form the architectural panel.
