SOLUTION: This agent for lowering T-lymphocyte proliferative response comprises an antigen-containing liposome. The agent is effective for preventing and treating diseases caused by T-lymphocyte proliferative response. The diseases are Bordetella pertussis, acute infective lymphocytosis, infective mononucleosis, lymphocyte leukemia, virus infection, hypoadrenalism, autoimmune disease, allergic disease or rejection in kidney transplantation.
