PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a vehicle movement supporting plate and an on-board vehicle movement supporting device, and to ensure the rear field of view. SOLUTION: The strength is increased by integratedly providing a reinforcing part 9 and auxiliary reinforcing parts 10 and 11 which are extended over the whole width on a lower surface side of an expand metal component 8 to form an expand metal 7 forming a vehicle passage. Aluminum alloy is used for a material of the expand metal component 8 making use of the improved strength to reduce the whole weight. Assembly of other reinforcing members to obstruct the view is dispensed with making use of the improved strength to ensure the rear field of view, and the rear field of view is further improved by arranging the expand metal components 8 in a longitudinal row with intervals therebetween.
