The wanton of glutinus rice is prepd. by (a) mixing glutinous rice and unglutinous rice (mixing ratio is 11:7), (b) re-mixing the mixt. with pumpkin powder and corn starch, and pulverizing, (c) kneading the obtd. re-mixt. with water, and (d) forming the obtd. dough to obtain the wanton and quick-freezing at -30 deg.C to obtain the final product. |
