PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembly of a lever to actuate a pressure-reducing valve on a regulator for diving. SOLUTION: A regulator 1 has a tubular housing 13 with a pressure-reducing valve built in it, and groove parts 101, 102 in the direction orthogonal with its long axis are formed on the housing 13. A lever 17 interposed between the pressure-reducing valve 72 and a diaphragm 10 is inserted into the groove parts 101, 102 as its inner end part 17B straddles over the housing 13.
