COMPOSITE MOLDED BODY AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing easily a composite molded body with reinforced bonding force between a stay, a core layer and an exterior material layer and its composite molded body. CONSTITUTION:Air is blown from a service pipe 2 inserted into a parison (a) in a molding die 6 to form a hollow molded body 5. Then foaming resin particles (b) are filled in the hollow molded body 5 before the hollow molded body 5 is cooled and solidified, and steam is blown from the service pipe 2 to heat fusion bond the foaming resin particles (b), form a foam molded body 4 and form a composite molded body. Then the service pipe 2 is cooled and solidified in the state of remaining in the composite molded body, and the composite molded body is released from the molding die 6.
