PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel having an opening frame, which dispenses with work of installing the opening frame in the construction field, simplifies its construction in the field, simplifies the structure of the panel, and rarely undergoes deformation thereof when carried in the field. SOLUTION: The wall panel having an opening frame is obtained by providing a wall panel main body 3 consisting of a metal frame body 1 and a face plate 2 attached thereto, forming an opening 4 as an entrance in the wall panel main body 3, and installing an opening frame 5 along the internal surface of the metal frame body 1 on the periphery of the opening 4 as the entrance. Thus, the opening frame 5 has been installed in the wall panel beforehand, along the internal surface of the metal frame body 1 on the periphery of the opening 4 as the entrance, and therefore, in the construction field, only building of the wall panel having the opening frame is carried out, which dispenses with further work of installing of the opening frame 5.
