SEALANT CONTAINED IN TUBULAR CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant contained in a new tubular container in which the uneven filling of a sealing material is difficult to form even when a beginner conducts sealant execution works and the mandays of sealant execution can be also reduced largely. SOLUTION: A sealant contained in a tubular container 22 is applied to an opening 16 such as a joint. The sealant 22 is composed of a flexible tube vessel 24, an elastic core material 26 internally installed to the tube and a sealant body 28 filled between the elastic core material 26 and the tube vessel 24. One-pack reaction type sealing material cured at a time when the sealing material is brought into contact with air is used as the sealant body 28. The sealant body 28 is housed in the tube vessel 24, having air impermeability under an expanded state in which the tube vessel 24 can be shrink on the bus bar side on the reverse side when the tube vessel is cut along a bus bar.
