SOLUTION: The water quantity of the washing water discharged from the discharge port of a washing nozzle 24 is regulated by a flow control selector valve 65 in the upstream of a wave generation unit 70. The flow control selector valve 65 regulates the flow rate to the wave generation unit 70 or the washing water discharge quantity by regulating the opening ratio of both of a conduit extending to the pulsation generation unit 70 and a second washing water leading conduit 56b. Namely, the flow control selector valve 65 regulates the washing water discharge quantity by jointly using the leading of the washing water to the second washing water leading conduit 56b.
