PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-dental caries agent that is inexpensively available and includes the substances safe to the human bodies as active ingredients and further provide an anti-dental caries agent that permits not only oral compositions, for example, a mouth-washing solution, to be formulated, but also can be formulated to foods and beverages as an food additive. SOLUTION: The objective anti-dental caries agent comprises, as an active ingredient, an extract from guarana (Paullinia cupana) or Karin (Chaenomeles sinensis Koehne), particularly the extract from the fruits or the seeds is used as the active ingredient. |
