PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outermost film specification eliminating the fear of blocking by heat generated by pressurized vapor, not generating pinholes by vibration and used for an inner bag for a bag-in-box for vapor sterilization. SOLUTION: An inner bag for a bag-in-box is used at least for vapor sterilization, and the inner bag is a multiple bag formed of two or more films, and an innermost film of the multiple bag is a laminate formed at least of three layers, namely an outer layer, an intermediate layer and an inner layer (liquid contact layer), and the density of a resin constituting the inner layer is 0.92 or more and the thickness of the resin is 20% or less of the total thickness of the laminate, and the density of resin constituting the intermediate layer is 0.915 or less and the thickness of the resin is 40% or more of the total thickness of the laminate.
