PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand for a bulletin board which can be easily assembled and housed and an electronic blackboard using the same. SOLUTION: An engaging rivet 3b is arranged in a rear column 3, and a top part 3b1 wider than the long hole 4a of a leg-opening maintaining plate 4 is formed at the tip part of the engaging rivet 3b. As the engaging rivet 3b is slid along the long hole 4a of the leg-opening maintaining plate 4, it is possible to move a front column 2 together with the rear column 3 by the leg-opening maintaining plate 4 when opening (assembling) and folding (housing) the legs of a stand 1. In addition, as the leg-opening maintaining plate 4 is integrally moved with the front column 2 and rear column 3 at the time of assembling and housing, there is no need for fastening or removing the leg- opening marinating plate 4 to and from the front column 2 or rear column 3 at assembling and housing. Therefore, it is possible to assemble and house the stand 1 easily.
