PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient electrical snowmelt equipment for preventing the occurrence of no-shifting of rail at a turnout due to snow (firm contact impossible between a tongue rail and a basic rail). SOLUTION: A round bar-shaped heater 3 is installed in a longitudinal direction of a stem portion 1a at a side brought into contact with a tongue rail 2 of a basic rail 1, a radius contact portion 4a holding the surface side of the round bar-shaped heater to a major arc shape is formed at the bottom portion, and the round bar-shaped heater 3 is horizontally supported by allowing the movement only in the direction of installing the heater 3 by inserting heat conduction supporting fittings 4 provided with a bolt hole 4b at an upper portion through the insertion of a bolt 5 to the bolt hole 3b and a bolt insertion hole 1b penetrated through the stem 1a of the basic rail 1 and then by tightening a nut 6 in this electric snowmelt equipment for the turnout portion.
