PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dye remover composition free from unpleasant odor and capable of easily performing dye removing. SOLUTION: A dye remover composition comprising a composition A and a composition B, which are separately stored before the usage. The composition A contains a reducing agent in an aqueous medium and has pH of 7.5-12.5, and the composition B is an aqueous emulsion containing a fat or an oily material, a water-soluble emulsifier and a perfume component. The dye remover composition has a pH value of 2.5-5 when both the components are mixed on use in the same amounts. Further, a method for removing dye with the composition.
