PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature setting device for a hot-water supplier, not necessitating any exclusive switch for setting the upper/lower limit value of a set temperature and preventing the mistaken setting of the upper/lower limit value while prominent in operability. SOLUTION: A temperature setting device is provided with a plurality of input switches, a control unit for controlling the changing or setting of a set temperature between the highest set temperature and the lowest set temperature, and a discharging hot-water temperature control unit for controlling a discharging hot-water temperature. The control unit controls so that a setting changeable condition, wherein the setting of the highest or lowest setting temperature is changeable, is obtained when two sets or more of specified input switches are operated simultaneously and continuously for a given period of time and the highest or the lowest set temperature is changed to a present set temperature by operating a specified input switch under the setting changeable condition while the setting changeable condition is released and the highest and lowest temperatures are returned to respective default values when two sets or more of specified input switches are operated simultaneously and continuously for a given period of time under a condition that the highest or the lowest set temperature is changed.
