PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine screw lock method capable of firmly fixing while drawing adjacent members near in the case these adjacent members are machine screw locked, structure by this method, and a machine screw used in this method. SOLUTION: In the case a plurality of adjacent members 12, 13 are fixed by a machine screw 14, a machine screw, having a first thread part 14c in a part biting in the member 13 in a machine screw tip end side also having a second thread part 14d in a part biting in the member 12 in a machine screw base end side to form a pitch P1 of the first thread part 14c larger than a pitch P2 of the second thread part 14d, is used as the machine screw 14. The first/second thread parts 14c, 14d are formed preferable with a space apart.
