PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure easiness, mobility, handleability and safety during moving in the case where a speaker is on board a vehicle. SOLUTION: A sucker 3 is assembled to a mounting plate 2 on which a speaker 1 is placed through an adjustable hinge 12 to be integrally formed. A whole integrally formed is placed on a roof of a vehicle 5 and is retained and fixed by the sucker 3.
