PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the aseismicity of anchor itself by forming structure in which rupture, deformation, a slip or the like is generated positively when excess load by an earthquake or the like works to a tensile member. SOLUTION: In the ground anchor with linear tensile members 1, in which front ends are anchored into a ground, and a bearing plate 2 transmitting reaction by the tension of the tensile members 1 to the ground E side by bearing the head sections of the tensile members 1 by a ground surface, a displacement absorbing material 3 composed of a viscoelastic raw material is interposed and installed between a slope-face construction 2 and the ground surface of the ground E for relaxing the tensile force by rupture, expansion and contraction or a slip when excess axial tensile force is generated at the anchoring ends of the head sections of the tensile members 1.
