PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly generate a change in characteristics before and after fixing and to simply improve a fixing rate by reacting a support activator containing a chloroformate derivative with a support, and then bonding a phospholipid for constituting a liposome to the activator. SOLUTION: A support activator containing a chloroformate derivative represented by formula is reacted with a support 2 to form an activator site 22, and then a phospholipid 31 for constituting a liposome 3 is bonded to the site 22 to fix the liposome 3 to the support 2. In this case, a phophate group 32 is covalent bonded to the site 22 to generate a strong bonding force, thereby obtaining a liposome fixing support 1 having high preservability and stability. As the support, it is preferable to use an agarose gel or the like of a gel-like porous material. Thus, the phospholipid can be bonded without chemically modifying a surface of the liposome or without containing a specific compound, and even a multilamellar liposome can be fixed.
