PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device which can be made lightweight and whose space can be saved by a method wherein a member which connects a table to a shaker is used in common in two orthogonal directions and the action point of an excitation force is set at the inside on the face of the table. SOLUTION: A table 10 on which an object to be tested is placed and shakers 20, 21 are connected by a static-pressure coupling 30. The table-side member 30A of the static-pressure coupling 30 is integrated with the two orthogonal shakers 20, 21. The action points of excitation forces by the shakers 20, 21 are made to agree nearly so as to be transmitted to the table 10. Then, four corners on the lower side on the face of the table 10 which is formed to be square or rectangular are cut off. The static-pressure coupling 30 which is formed to be nearly triangular is fixed to the cut-off parts by the table-side member 30A. Thereby, the static-pressure coupling 30 can be attached to the inside on the face of the table 10. In addition, the table-side member 30A can transmit the excitation force from two orthogonal directions, and the static- pressure coupling 30 can be made lightweight as a whole.
