COLUMN DECODER ARRANGING METHOD OF VIDEO RAM

摘要

The method is to improve the integration degree of a same chip. The method is characterized by: arranging a memory cell array into multiple sub-arrays to the column and row direction; comprising a heat decoder for RAM and a heat decoder for SAM to each sub-cell array by arranging the heat decoder for RAM and the heat decoder for SAM to the equal direction of each sub-cell array.
