<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an equivalent electrode resistance in a conventional manner, without including any plating process of a surface electrode. SOLUTION: This solar battery is provided with a base 10, equipped with a photoelectric conversion layer, contact layers 22a and 22b arranged on the base, and a surface electrode arranged on the contact layer, and lights made incident from the outside are allowed to reach the photoelectric conversion layer. In this case, the contact layer is provided with a lower face brought into contact with the base and an upper face brought into contact with the surface electrode, and the area of the lower face of the contact layer is made larger than the area of the upper face.</p> |
