PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech recognition device capable of stopping surely recognition of every recognition word, when a word not existing in a recognition dictionary is uttered, and a recording medium having data therefor recorded therein, and a speech recognition navigation device. SOLUTION: An effective recognition word for showing reading of an instruction word, corresponding to the instruction word of a speech recognition target, and an ineffective recognition word for showing reading unlike to the reading of the instruction word of every speech recognition target are housed in the recognition dictionary 210. When a certain instruction word is imputed through a microphone 201, correlation values between voice data and all recognition words in the recognition dictionary 210 are calculated, and if the correlation value with the ineffective recognition word is the highest, speech recognition is determined to be unsuccessful. |
