PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover and circulate a stagnating refrigerant in a refrigerating cycle device in a refrigerator which has a small amount of sealed refrigerant and is provided with a freezing chamber and a refrigerating chamber respectively cooled by exclusive evaporators. SOLUTION: In a refrigerating cycle device, a first outlet port 105 of a three- way valve 100 is connected to a capillary tube 6 side for a refrigerating chamber and a second outlet port 106 is connected to a capillary tube 8 side for a freezing chamber so that a refrigerant is allowed to flow to either the first outlet port 105 or the second outlet port 106. Before a passage is switched, both the outlet ports 105 and 106 are temporarily closed to operate a compressor 1. Thus, the refrigerant stagnating in the capillary tubes and evaporators can be recovered.
