PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical information recording medium that unnecessitates complex reproducing signal processing and that is free from adverse effect by crosstalk by coping with a situation in which a format such as CAV, ZCAV, CLV, etc., makes the processing of reproducing signals complex and in which a crosstalk from a header information part adversely affects reproduction of a user data part. SOLUTION: Each track is divided into plural sectors by gaps 2, with the width of the gaps 2 formed wider toward the outer circumference, so that the lengths of the sectors are nearly equalized and that the sectors are parallelly arranged between adjacent tracks. In addition, each zone is divided into plural blocks 3 by the gaps 2, with the width of the gaps 2 formed wider toward the outer circumference, so that the lengths of the sectors are nearly equalized within the same block and that the sectors are parallelly arranged between adjacent tracks.
