摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up the manufacturing operations of the ceramic sheet laminates by repeating the ceramic green sheet forming operation and the inner electrodes printing operation and stacking the layers, and to manufacture ceramic sheet laminates exhibiting proper electrical characteristics which can be easily peeled off from carrier films and in which generation of damage is suppressed and displacements of electrode patterns is prevented. SOLUTION: When ceramic sheet laminates with a necessary number of layers are manufactured by repeating a sheet forming operation for forming a ceramic paste as ceramic green sheet on the film surface of a carrier film is accordance with the carrier film advance by pitch and an electrode forming operation for printing a conductive paste as inner electrodes on the sheet surface of the ceramic green sheet, the first-layer inner electrodes are formed by high- speed gravure printing, and the other inner electrodes are formed by high- precision screen printing based on information obtained by image processing of target marks at the time of forming each ceramic green sheet.
