PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wrecking and restoring work of a heat insulating support to install an outer easing on a heat insulating structure of a piping including the heat insulating support. SOLUTION: A heat insulating support A is constituted of a compressionproofing heat insulating material 2 to surround an outer periphery of a piping 1 and a stainless steel material made ring body 6 fitted on the outer periphery and to be projected to specified length from an end surface in the axial direction of the heat insulating material, and the ring body 6 is doubly used as an outer casing by inserting the insulating material for the piping into a cavity part 7 formed as the ring body 6 is projected from the end surface of the heat insulating material 2.
