PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a motor which can suppress the occurrence of cogging torque and the manufacture of this motor. SOLUTION: A ring magnet 14 is inserted, while keeping a gap, in condition that a thermosetting film-form adhesive 30 is stuck to a shaft 12. Then, the clearance between the shaft and the ring magnet is narrowed by heating it, and the ring magnet 14 is fixed to the shaft 12 through the thermosetting film- form adhesive. Since this motor uses the thermosetting film-form adhesive 30 with a fixed thickness is used, this can fix the clearance, and can suppress the occurrence of cogging torque.
