PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporator unit for a refrigerating device for land transportation in which a refrigerating capacity is prevented from being lowered by thawing frost sticking to the fan guard of an inlet port SOLUTION: An evaporator unit for a refrigerating device for land transportation comprises an evaporator fan 33A disposed in the inlet 34 side of an evaporator unit 3 3 and an evaporator 32 disposed in an outlet 35 side. The inlet 34 of the evaporator fan 33A is provided with a fan guard 36. The fan gurad 36 is provided with a heating body (heating wire) 41 connected to a power source 42.
