PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sufficient outdoor light antireflection effect and to form a superior electrode pattern by including the conductive powder, a color pigment, and a binding resin. SOLUTION: In a plasma display panel, cells are defined and formed by glass boards 1, 2 opposite to each other and a partition 3. A transparent electrode 4 is formed on the glass board 1, a bus electrode 5 is formed on the transparent electrode 4 to lower the resistance of the transparent electrode. As the conductive powder forming a conductive resin composition, the metallic powder such as Ag, Au, Al, Ag-Pd alloy, or the like can be used, as a color pigment, metal such as Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Ti or Zn, or its oxide, composite oxide, carbide, nitride, sulfide or silicide can be used, in particular, the metallic powder such as Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni or Ti can be preferably used, and its average particle size is 1μm or less. As the binding resin, an alkali soluble resin, e.g. a (metha) acryl resin, a hydroxystyrene resin, or the like is included.
