A flooring system for the passage of electrical services comprising a board (6) having a lower surface (2) in which grooves (3) are formed. The grooves (3) extend from one edge of the board to an opposite edge. Locking the boards together forms a floor. The locking means comprises an inflexible element (8) located in mutually adjacent recesses (7) of the side walls of the boards (6).
