PURPOSE: To provide a reversible thermosensible recording material which can form/erase an image in good contrast and maintain an image which is stable after the passage of time under the environment of daily life. CONSTITUTION: A reversible thermosensible recording material having a recording layer containing usually an achromatic or hypochromic electron donative dye precursor, an electron accepting compound, and a compound (a reversible decoloring agent) which makes the dye precursor generate a reversible change in tone by the difference in cooling velocity after heating. |
