PURPOSE: To prevent the body front floating by stretching a leg against a side wall in a confronting longitudinal direction when an aged takes a bath by providing a back folding part in recessed shape on the side wall in the longitudinal direction confronting with a wash place when a bathtub is installed. CONSTITUTION: A flat nearly rectangular semi-Western FPR made bathtub 1 is formed in such a way that an architrave 11 is provided extending over the entire circumference in the periphery of an user opening part. The back folding part 12 with a gentle slope is provided on the side wall on one side in the short direction of the bathtub 1. Also, a nearly irregular arc shape back folding part 13 is provided in recessed shape almost in the center part of the side wall in the longitudinal direction neighboring to the back folding part 12 and facing with the wash place 2 when the device is installed. When the aged takes a bath, entrance/leaving to/from the bathtub 1 is performed from both sides and the back face along the back folding part 13, and the body is prevented from floating by stretching the leg against the side wall in the confronting longitudinal direction. A general visitor takes a bath by folding the body on the back folding part 12 and stretching the leg in the longitudinal direction. |
